CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
GOUP MULTITRADE PRIVATE LIMITED believes in helping its customers as far as possible. Under this policy:
Cancellation by the Customer
- You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing the order. For canceling your order, you will have to get in touch with our customer support executive by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and giving the reference of your order number. In case we receive a cancellation notice and till that time the order has already been processed by us, the order cannot be cancelled.
- Products cannot be exchanged.
- Please do not accept delivery of any item whose outer packaging is damaged or tampered with in any manner. Please contact customer care if you open the packaging and discover that the item is damaged.
Cancellation by Us
- We make every effort to fulfill all the orders placed. However, please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to process and must cancel. The reasons include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product, pricing and stock information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department.
- We will refund the money the way the payment was made. If the payment was by Credit Card or Net-Banking, we will refund the Credit Card or Net-Banking account. If the payment mode was Cheque or DD, we will send you a cheque (not a DD). Cheques will be sent only to the billing address of the customer.
- The refund process will be initiated once we have received the product(s). Typically refunds are processed in less than 10 working days but in case of payments by Cheque or DD, it may take a few extra days for the cheque to be delivered to your billing address, and for the funds to be credited to your account, once you deposit the cheque.
- Please note that we shall not be responsible for any delays in credit to the Card holder's credit card account as that is managed by the Card holder's issuing bank.
We Offer Free Shipping Worldwide on purchase. GOUP Multitrade does not ship products to Alaska, Hawaii, or other non-contiguous US locations.
Estimated shipment times, if available, are provided solely for your convenience and neither GOUP Multitrade Pvt. Ltd. nor its third-party shipment providers will be liable for any damages or loss as a result of the failure to meet a shipment estimate. In no event will GOUP Multitrade Pvt. Ltd. or its third-party shipment providers be responsible for delays in delivery due to natural disasters, inclement weather, governmental acts, or any other situations beyond their reasonable control.
GOUP Multitrade Pvt. Ltd. will only accept shipments to a valid street address. We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes, Army Post Office (APO) or Fleet Post Office (FPO).
